The best vitamins are the natural vitamins. The best vitamin D is from natural sunshine on your bearskin especially your face. At least 130 minutes a day, of course 80 minutes is better than nothing. People that get enough natural vitamin D have less infections, if any. Children with rickets all had more infections than the other children.
