Coconut Chocolate Bar Recipe
A wonderful, delicious way to get your coconut oil and eat chocolate too!
5 tbls of organic coconut oil http://www.google.com/products/catalog?q=organic+coconut+oil&um=1&ie=UTF-8&cid=9839138317301350136&sa=X&ei=48ptTaHJNIj4sAPAvJTTCw&ved=0CG0Q8gIwBg# (so so good for the brain and anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-candida, pro-thryoid and helpful for weight loss!)
5 tbls of organic coconut cream (the meat of the coconut) this can be left out, but I like it in)
5 tbls of organic coco http://www.hydrogrowingstore.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=2366&zenid=16d1tht98ilosk822t9uifviu6
5 tbls of organic grated coconut, chopped to desired coarseness
3 tbls of any chopped nuts you like (optional)
3 tbls (to taste) of organic sweetener of your choice: honey, agave syrup, stevia, etc.
20 drops of constrained sea water. http://www.iherb.com/Trace-Minerals-Research-ConcenTrace-Trace-Mineral-Drops-8-fl-oz-237-ml/22265?utm_source=gb&utm_medium=f2
Mix all ingredients well and put in fridge to set up for 15 minutes, then remove to refrigeration and/or enjoy! This recipe can be doubled or tripled.
I like to also vary it with adding raw almond butter http://www.vitacost.com/MaraNatha-Organic-Almond-Butter-No-Salt-Raw-Crunchy/?csrc=PRNT-051651092128&srccode=cii_16776730&cpncode=20-79417969-2 instead of nuts and also a cup of raw oatmeal or barley meal.
