Coconut Chocolate (Carob) Bar Recipe

Coconut Chocolate Bar Recipe
A wonderful, delicious way to get your coconut oil and eat chocolate too!

5 tbls of organic coconut oil http://www.google.com/products/catalog?q=organic+coconut+oil&um=1&ie=UTF-8&cid=9839138317301350136&sa=X&ei=48ptTaHJNIj4sAPAvJTTCw&ved=0CG0Q8gIwBg# (so so good for the brain and anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-candida, pro-thryoid and helpful for weight loss!)
5 tbls of organic coconut cream (the meat of the coconut) this can be left out, but I like it in)

5 tbls of organic grated coconut, chopped to desired coarseness
3 tbls of any chopped nuts you like (optional)
3 tbls (to taste) of organic sweetener of your choice: honey, agave syrup, stevia, etc.

Mix all ingredients well and put in fridge to set up for 15 minutes, then remove to refrigeration and/or enjoy! This recipe can be doubled or tripled.
